Yes, I noticed the improvements within two days! Like many others, my doctors wouldn't treat my symptoms of depression, low body temp (ranging from 95.6-97.4 at the highest) low energy, anxiety, and countless other symptoms I've had over the years that Synthroid hasn't alleviated. She said my numbers were in the normal range. Because I was desperate but did not want her prescription for an anti-anxiety or anti-depressant, I ordered ThyroCare, Adaptogen, and Healthy Foundation, and have been taking them regularly. Thank goodness I did this for myself as two weeks later my husband received a lung transplant and I was under a lot of stress. These three products are seeing me through these tough recuperative times and I have the energy and mental balance to meet the challanges at hand. My entire family and my close friends all noticed the dramatic change. My temp range is now 97.6- 98.5 and hope to get it to stabilize in the 98 range soon. More importantly I feel like I have re-entered the human race and can contribute to the care my husband deserves. ALL without prescription drugs. Thank you!!! ++

Sincerely,
Lois F.

The physicians listed on your website were too far away, so after much research, I finally found a local physician who understands Wilson's Temperature Syndrome and prescribes the T3 protocol! Halleluja!

I was on Synthroid for 32 years and never felt "normal," although my blood work implied I should be well.

My average body temperature (taken last month with your thermometer) was 97.2 degrees. I've been on T3 sustained release for four weeks now (along with ThyroCare) and here is my feedback:

I'm not going to bed exhausted every night at 8:30 pm, I'm sleeping through the night and wake at my regular time. My hair has stopped falling out and my fingernails are growing, I've lost 3.5 lbs, and I'm feeling well and anxious for even greater improvement.

I'm so thankful to have stumbled upon your website enabling me to begin this journey to a better quality of life.++

Thank you,

I have tried the WT3 protocol and it has worked wonders. The 7.5 dosage was all I needed. The very first dose raised my temperature to normal. I feel about 90% (or more) better than I did. I'm still working on losing weight, the treatment has helped a little bit in that area. I'm so thankful that I finally found a Doctor that knew about Wilson's Syndrome and the treatment. I have also found the information at the Wilson's Syndrome web site very helpful in understanding what Wilson's was.

Thanks again,
Tami

Question & Answers

Is the protruding of the eyes in exophthalmic goiter ever reversible? What actually causes the eyes to protrude?

Marie

As your question implies, exophthalmos is usually considered irreversible. However, I have heard of a case of exophthalmos improving in a patient taking ThyroCalm Px. I would not suggest anyone getting their hopes up but I would recommend that doctors and patients consider ThyroCalm Px. Doctors can call 800-420-5801 to make appointments to discuss patient cases with a physician.

It appears that exophthalmos due to thyroid disease is due to autoimmune inflammation and swelling of the tissues (fat and muscle) behind the eye, inside the orbit. The enlarging tissues cause the eye to bulge out of its socket.++

Hope that helps,

Dr. Wilson, do you believe that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and WTS are all the same disease?

S. Wilson

That's a good question. I believe that the human body is a very complex and adaptive system that can function with almost infinite combinations of parameters. For example, we can drive a car with many different combinations of parameters. For example, the passenger window can be down, the radio on, the speaker balance to the left, in 2nd gear, traveling at 45 miles per hour, with the seat reclined and a cup in the cupholder. It might not be good for the car to drive 45 miles an hour in 2nd gear, but maybe it can't get into 3rd gear, or perhaps the driver isn't putting it into 3rd gear for some reason. It might not be a problem for the window to be down unless it starts raining or unless someone in the back seat isn't appreciating all the wind. When is it a real problem? When the window is down and it starts raining, or when the window's broken and we can't roll it up?

My point is, what constitutes a disease? Is it when there is a certain unfavorable combination of functional parameters? Or is it when that combination of parameters can't be corrected? Or is it when it can be corrected by only one approach?

As I mentioned before, I believe there is an almost infinite combination of functional parameters in the human body. I also believe that there is a lot of inertia in the human body and that once the body is functioning in a certain pattern of functional parameters it tends to stay in that pattern. I believe there is a lot of overlap between various combinations of parameters. I also believe that unfavorable combinations of parameters can potentially respond to more than one approach because the systems (or parameters if you will) of the body are interdependent.

So I believe that there are a lot of combinations of parameters that overlap to some degree and that could be called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, or Wilson's Temperature Syndrome. I do know that many people that have been told that they have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia have responded beautifully when their low body temperatures have been normalized with the WT3 protocol and / or WTS Supplements. Does that mean they really didn't have CFS or Fibromyalgia? Does that mean that CFS and Fibromyalgia are really WTS? Does that mean they were misdiagnosed?

I don't think everyone that has been diagnosed with CFS or Fibromyalgia has a low temperature, and even the ones that do might not all respond well to the WT3 protocol and/or WTS Supplements. Some of the patients that do respond well to normalization of body temperatures with the WT3 protocol might also respond well to other treatment approaches as well.

I hope that begins to answer your question. I think the answer really depends on how we define disease which can be a little difficult considering how complex the body is. I think it's hard for a 7 letter word like "disease" to adequately cover the actual complexity of the situation, especially to everyone's satisfaction or agreement. To me, we use words out of practicality to help people recover.

From that standpoint, perhaps the best answer is that people diagnosed with CFS and Fibromyalgia can often recover when their temperatures are raised to normal, but not all people diagnosed with CFS and Fibromyalgia will respond well to the WT3 protocol and/or WTS supplements.

Warmly,
Denis Wilson, MD

I am wondering if the irradiation of my thyroid following diagnosis with Grave's disease makes me ineligible for treatment with WT3. I don't see that it is possible to "restore" something that has been permanently changed/destroyed. I am searching for a way to begin to feel human again.

Thank you,
Marty

Dear Marty,

Many patients who have been treated for Graves' disease with radiation continue to feel poorly even though they are on thyroid medicine and their thyroid tests are normal. Their tests might be normal but their temperatures might be low. They can continue feeling bad for years even though they felt well before the Graves'. Many of those patients will respond well to the WT3 protocol. Granted, they may need to stay on some thyroid medicine for the rest of their lives but after being recalibrated with the WT3 protocol (for a time) they might be able to maintain normal temperatures on regular thyroid medicine and that can make all the difference. Or for that matter, T3 can continue being a part of their thyroid regimen either continuously or intermittently.

Best wishes,
Denis Wilson, MD
